Keeping with our strong breeding program's ongoing efforts at continuing to product long-held low micron, 'Bert's fiber is still "baby" grade at the age of 6 years, and looks to continue on in the same fashion for many more years! He is remaining true to his Accoyo/Alianza background and is maintaining both incredible fineness and density His father is the multi-championship winning Lilly's Accoyo Dupioni, producer of 'Bert and other champs! 'Bert's maternal grandfather is the superstud, Royal Fawn. 'Bert's dam, Blanquita, is a blue ribbon winner in her own right. She, too, displays wonderful density & crimpy bundles. She is throwing some of the best crias to be found on our farm. 'Bert took a complete sweep in the championships & blue ribbons in every class (halter, shorn fleece, walking fleece) he was entered in at the 2009 Ohio National Champions show - a remarkable feat in the always strong white classes! During his show career, he took a total of 6 blue ribbons, along with 4 championships. We are very proud of this young man! His crias are dense, crimpy & low micron, just like dad!
