D'Angelo did it again! My son and I loaded up last Friday and went to the MAPA Pronk for the first time. We took D'Angelo and he did not disappoint. He received the following awards: - MABA Alpaca Celebration - 1st Place Mature White Males - White Male Color Championship - Reserve Champion White Male Walking Fleece - Judges Choice Male Haucaya - PAOBA Breeders Showcase - 1st Place Mature White Males - White Male Color Championship - Judges Choice Male Haucaya Attention: D'Angelo had a very productive weekend at the 2022 AOA Nationals. Showing as an Invited Champion, he attained the following accolades: - 1st Place in the invited Champions class - Invited Champions Championship - White Male Color Championship - Light Supreme Championship Many thanks to our partner, Lynn Edens for allowing us to share in this males success. Tom ============================================================================== Announcing a new partnership with Lynn Edens: Lynn Edens describes him this way: Snowmass D'Angelo: This may be the most attractive animal on my farm in North Salem right now. He is just so upright and macho with a beautiful head, coverage, etc. He started working this spring and will have his first crias on the ground early next year. His fleece is excellent – very uniform both within the staple and across his frame, so uniform that until relatively recently I thought he was by Oblivion. Staple length is moderate, he is a bit less bright than some other males and may lack a touch of hand – I am being extremely picky trying to find something negative to say about this male.
